As a ServiceNow Developer, your work will help to modernize IT service management. You will support various modules, including service catalog, portal, change, incident configuration and discovery. Your work will transform our Client’s approach to the employee service experience by improving, automating, and simplifying for both IT and the business with a future state that will include their customers.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Experience in working with agile scrum methodologies are required.
Development of Service catalog which includes creating new catalog items, designing workflows and execution plans.
Create functional and technical specifications documents for various ServiceNow modules.
Implementation, Customization and Maintenance of ITIL modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Knowledge, Service Catalog, CMDB in ServiceNow.
Create custom and user-friendly widgets so users can access specific platform features using Service Portal.
Involve in cloning activities like raising the request for cloning and excluding some tables to not come under cloning.
Work on domain separation.
Work on UI Macros to create pages as templates on requirement from the stake holders.
Create database views to pull the reports on variables which are being used by catalog items.
Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform including creation and/or customization of the core applications such as Developing Rest APIs, Workflows, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, Security Rules.
Write Catalog client scripts and UI policies to make client-side changes.
Create the UI pages to use them in catalog items, implemented using UI scripts.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent field of study.
