As a Salesforce Developer shall develop and implement solutions for existing and evolving Salesforce environment. The Salesforce Developer will utilize Visual Force, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot, CPQ, Community and Force.com platform. The knowledge and skills required to succeed in this role will require significant overlap of system understanding and configuration/customization options, (Salesforce, JIRA, CTI, etc.).

Essential Functions:
_Facilitate the testing and implementation of Salesforce and JIRA customizations, applications, and tools. Includes coding, configuration, maintenance, installation, testing, and debugging, as well as managing timelines and producing technical documentation
_Perform reviews of the data, develop complex CRM solutions to ensure that best practices are followed, and the best data solutions are provided. This can include discussing trade-offs with other teams, such as the terms of the configuration versus the code in place or mapping the functional requirements to Salesforce functionality.
_Designs and develops Salesforce solutions in a Salesforce platform for Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Pardot, CPQ
_Develops and customizes applications using Apex classes, Visualforce, Force.com, workflows, SOQL, Application Programming Interface (API) and Web Services
_Utilizes JavaScript, SOAP, API, HTML5, CSS and Web Services in the development of Salesforce and JIRA solutions
_Integrates data between web-based/SaaS using data integration tools
_Participates in project planning sessions with stakeholders to analyze technical needs and outline technical requirements and solutions
_Provides comprehensive technical support during the application life cycle from technical design to development, testing, and implementation
_Adheres to agile methodology, the development of continuous integration, test driven development and agile productivity tools in the development of solutions

Required Skills/Experience:
_Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience
_Four to six years of progressively responsible experience in Salesforce Lightning utilizing Visualforce, APEX, Force.com, workflows, API, Web Services, and data integration tools
_Certification as a Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Advanced Administrator or equivalent experience
_Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce platforms, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing and Pardot to develop Salesforce solutions
_Knowledge of business processes and IT project delivery methodologies, such as SDLC, agile methodology, the development of continuous integration, and the ability to effectively develop Salesforce app solutions
_Ability to prioritize tasks that change and manage unexpected requests
_Builds partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
_Action Oriented: Have a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
_Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate with stakeholders at multiple levels with ease, clarity, and transparency: one-to-one, small group, and full staff

Preferred Skills/Experience:
_Knowledge of Internet and Security technologies to integrate data between systems, and applications
_Experience in developing applications with knowledge of Salesforce App Cloud, Lightning, and Mobile Application Platforms
_Experience using and configuring JIRA and connection to Salesforce
_Certification as a Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder and/or Certification as a Salesforce Platform Developer II
