Title Accounting Analyst

Job Description:

The accounting analyst will be responsible for maintaining financial records, prepare reports, and update financial information. The ideal candidate will be able to process business transactions, accounts payable, accounts receivable and other financial matters.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Reconcile general ledger accounts
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Allocate payroll expenses by department
• Enter recurring monthly and quarterly accrual journal entries
• Generate invoices and collaborate with Account Management to ensure compliance with reporting requirements
• Update quarterly internal and external sales commission calculations
• Ad-hoc projects supporting Controller in forecasting and board reporting responsibilities
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, and relevant experience.
• 3 years of experience in accounting related field
• Experience working in a high growth environment with small to mid sized companies
• Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP
• Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Required Skills:  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, and relevant experience.
