The Manufacturing Engineering will be responsible for supporting manufacturing operations and capital equipment purchases and installations in the plant by applying engineering principles and concepts with the overall objective of improving plant efficiencies. The incumbent will be required to develop, recommend and implement improvements to capital equipment, production processes, methods and controls. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Participates in annual operation and capital budgeting process
• Provides engineering support by troubleshooting problems and creating solutions to maintain plant throughput
• Integrates Lean/Sigma and Continuous Improvement in all projects
• Specifies plant equipment and process layouts
• Coordinates the manufacturing launch of new processes and equipment, including designing training and evaluating efficiencies
• Interfaces with other manufacturing departments to address and resolve engineering or quality issues
• Applies statistical and business analysis methods for cost reduction, quality and reliability improvement
• Understands and evaluates plant infrastructure and implements plans for optimal performance
• Recommends preventative maintenance processes to improve plant efficiencies
• Develops standard operating procedures for manufacturing processes
• Performs additional duties as needed and/or assigned by supervision/management

• 5+ years in a Manufacturing environment
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering
• Extrusion experience preferred

POSITION SUMMARY:
We're on the hunt for a UI Designer who's energized by the prospect of bringing superior UX to life. You'd be working with clients as well as our internal creative team on feature-level and full-site design. In addition to execution, you'd also have an active role collaborating in UX & UI research to understand what powers successful interfaces and source opportunities for improvement.

The System Architect is a Lean-Agile leader who has the technical responsibility for the overall architectural and engineering design of the system. The System Architect interfaces with business stakeholders, cross functional teams, customers and suppliers to participate in the definition of the higher-level functional and nonfunctional requirements, analyze technical trade-offs, determine the major components and define the interfaces and collaborations between them. They also validate technology assumptions and evaluate alternatives. The System Architect serves as the primary architectural coach for each team on an Agile Release Train (ART), ensuring that team-led design runs in sync with the product/solution architecture and underlying platform architecture.
Primary Responsibilities:

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Programmer Analyst is a member of the Intuitional Information Systems team that supports the College community’s use of electronic resources. Working with various campus departments and ITS colleagues, the successful candidate will acquire business process knowledge; master workflows; and provide programming, data integration support, and reporting to create efficiencies in support of the mission of the College. The Programmer Analyst will also manage project timelines to ensure that critical deadlines are met. Other dues include administrative software and database maintenance, such as performing upgrades and patches.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Providing systems analysis for Ellucian’s Banner ERP and other administrative applications, often spanning multiple functional areas.
• Programming data integrations between disparate campus systems.
• Performing requirements analysis; analyzing business processes; reviewing alternatives and recommending solutions; providing training and technical assistance to end-users and IT colleagues; developing testing procedures; wring documentation.
• Reviewing, analyzing, and modifying programming systems needed for maintenance, report wring, data conversion, and modification of the College’s administrative applications.

• Working independently to understand the technical operation of a wide variety of software and services.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• A baccalaureate degree and three years’ experience working in a software development environment, or an appropriate combination of training, work experience, and skills.
• 3+ years of experience wring complex SQL.
• 3+ years of experience in designing, developing, and tuning Oracle PL/SQL (packages, procedures, functions, and triggers).
• Experience with SQL Developer and SQL Loader, or similar software.
• Strong knowledge of data integration techniques.
• Expertise using delivered application API.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle database fundamentals and relational database concepts.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in developing ETL processes and procedures; fluency with best practices for ETL design and development.
• Experience with Cognos, Argos, or Crystal Reports.
